My vote is misunderstood. He and that malcontent, George, were the only ones who kept their heads during the run on the bank. He also gave those garlic eaters a place to live. He's a teddy bear.
He was a frustrated, warped, old man...BUT when he didn't give back the $8,000 he found in the newspaper Uncle Billy gave him...well then that makes him a crook, along with his business dealings...he was a BIG VILLIAN!

Biggest Villian in MovieLand....he would have happily put 4 CHILDREN out of their drafty old house onto the snowy streets!!!! PURE EVIL!
