You decide

Henry F. Potter, the richest man in Bedford Falls,

Was he a miserable, no good, son of a buck or was he misunderstood, confused, quirky business owner who had to make tough decisions in dire times?

My vote is misunderstood. He and that malcontent, George, were the only ones who kept their heads during the run on the bank. He also gave those garlic eaters a place to live. He's a teddy bear.

He was a frustrated, warped, old man...BUT when he didn't give back the $8,000 he found in the newspaper Uncle Billy gave him...well then that makes him a crook, along with his business dealings...he was a BIG VILLIAN!

Love you, Honey... ;-)

Biggest Villian in MovieLand....he would have happily put 4 CHILDREN out of their drafty old house onto the snowy streets!!!! PURE EVIL!

It's just that his sock garters were pinching him and Mr. Gower had run out of Laudnum.

I thought he was very mean. His hair was spooky too.
