Just wanted to let everyone know that Danny & I were in a car accident this morning. We were driving to work and another car changed lanes and smashed right into us. We were going about 60 mph & he had to have been going about 70. We are ok though. Sore & banged up for sure, but ok. The cops, fire fighters, and Danny all admitted that I did some amazing driving because we should have probably spun right into a big ravine. We spun around two times as it was. I told everyone that God was keeping us safe. The other driver was found to be at fault and I was told by the police department that he will be appearing in court, so we're not sure if he was drunk or what exactly. Anyway, the important part is that we are safe and ok. God is good! We are going to head in to get checked out though because my back is killing me. I'm sure it was just from the impact because he hit right in to my driver's side. I had to crawl out of the car because my door wouldn't open and the steering wheel was locked. On the plus side, we did make the traffic news this AM because we backed traffic up for about 3-4 miles.

So sorry to hear this, keep us posted, and your new car, how sad but cars can be fixed and replaced and not always bodies, hang in there, keep a written log of everything that is going on, write everything down that happened, and do not sign anything yet, I will bill you for the advice
I am so glad you all are ok-and really lucky! It sounds like the accident could have turned out much worse. Maybe your good control was a deciding factor. Hope Tuesday is a less eventful day going to work!

I'm sorry to hear about your car. My concern is how many problems you have had with this new car that haven't been your fault. I think the car is possessed and that you should think about getting rid of it or having an exorcism performed to get out all the bad vibes.

Thanks for being a great driver Jess...it really makes a BIG difference if you can remain calm and remain in control. You can break down and cry...NOW...I am for you.

I won't make a crack that the other guy was from Missouri because you are now also. I guess I just did. Seriously, I am glad you called and try not to worry. God is in control.
